Reviews
Purchased the product a few weeks ago, but wanted to give some time to leave a review. It worked from the moment they came out of the box and I have not stopped being impressed. The coffee tastes great once you understand which setting works best for you. Easy to use and clean. I can not think of anything that could be considered with this machine. I do not live in a small-ish 2 bedrooms, and I honestly have not had problems with noise. This works beautifully and I look forward to waking up in a fresh brewed pot of heaven. Tho this product is expensive, is certainly getting your money 's worth it. I would recommend to anyone.
I 'm writing from the perspective of someone who is owned Grind & Brew Coffeemakers more than the typical coffee addict. This is a good grind & BREW machine makes as anyone else. RFirst R, the negatives: rE 'definitely strong and long-grinding, as other owners mentioned. The burr grinding process is fully consistent with the blade grinding, but it seems to take forever and the noise is enough to wake the ... sleep. R r "E 'doesn ' t have a way to download the coffee beans, if you want to edit another grain mixes (although it is still possible to pre-ground coffee in the basket, while there are no beans waiting to be ground.) r r-the pitcher will tend to do a sort of "crack " sound when he sits on the hob at times. r rI have possessed some of the most popular, some unusual, grind and brew machines in the past 30 + years, including a Capresso very long time, long ago. There are several models / brands that have a single grind possible (no settings), some that require constant cleaning of parts, some that fall apart within a year and don 't even have to guarantee much, and one that was for an extra charge of $ 65 to replace the faulty switch super-recessed lid, which died after 4 months without which was totally unusable. There 's just one of those coffee earlier that I ' d buy a new choice, and they stopped making more than 20 years ago. R rThis Capresso is well made, well packaged, and has all the features I want: r-grinding is controlled with 5 possible settings r-amount of beans ground (from the hopper which contains ca. 2-3 pots of beans) is set in increments of 2 cups of 2 -- 10 cups. r - "Aroma " (ie the darkness and flavor) is controlled by 3 settings, or in combination with other controls seem likely to yield all possible preferences for "perfect " coffee . r-It has auto-off. (One of the very low-priced machines grind & brew doesn 't have this feature, which I think should be made compulsory for coffee considering how many fires are started by overheating devices.) R " It 'a trip to drop, which is essential, as I often don ' t want to wait for the pot of beer before taking a cup in the morning. R "It 's fully programmable. Not only can you set a start time, but you can associate with the programmed settings are not the same time that the current settings. Bonus Rother R that are less quantifiable: r "E 'doesn ' t seem to cause me spill water all over the bench to fill as the last one I had. I have no idea what this Affect design elements, I only know what happens with some Coffeemakers and not others. R-It takes some parts in common with other brand-grind & BREW I had the last, which began when spilled beer. The filters of coal and basketball, at least, appear to be common with many other brands. Cost R rit a lot 'compared to some of the most popular models, but, frankly, I ' m sure that 's worth extra investment.
After 2 generations of Cuisenart Grind and Brew frustrations I took a shot on this unit Capresso. Until now it was just great. The set up is easy and the cleaning is a breeze compared to Cuisenart. The noise is lower pitched sound really doesn 't worry me because it is not a stand-alone grinder Louder then. We should take the time to try all the different combination of grind, amount and smell to find the perfect mix for your taste. It took about 2 weeks of trying different combinations, but now that we are together, the coffee is perfect every time. We had a small problem with the bus stop to drop, but the customer service was quick to send a fix at no charge. I love this car!
I had a Capresso older who did a good coffee was hard to use. R rThis new model is great. Everything is created simple and logical. I was able to use it without arbitration to the manual. RThis is the first machine that grinds coffee, which is very good and makes the best coffee each. We prefer the coffee with the filter paper and make this machine even comes with a gold filter. R RI recommend this coffee for someone who wants the best!
This is a coffee substitute for me. I had the previous model, the Coffee Team Luxe for many, many years and finally gave up. It 'was a wonderful coffee Grinder together and so I hoped that this new model should be the best. I was right, as good as the previous one. The old model need more space, as was bigger and had a swinging arm to grind the coffee and then swing into position for the beer. This new model is smaller in width and internal switches to grind to prepare something so it takes up less space on the counter. Coffee taste as good as before. It takes some adaptation to do the beer you like. But there are many combinations of darkness and the amount of grinding to do it as desired. The downside is the charcoal filter is different with the gold filter and carafe so that none of the old models, extra work with this new. But this is something minor.
The first pot of coffee that I made with this machine was a disappointment - nothing better than what you'd expect from a coffee maker $ 40. The 2, 3 and 4 pots were really good. R rI never got to have a pot of 5, the machine ground the beans, made about 1 / 4 inches worth of coffee and then stopped working. Restarted, tried different settings - nothing. Completely non-functional. R rdon 't waste your time buying this - Amazon has it on back order until December, and if you ever get it may be necessary to return it next week.
Overall the GS Team Coffee is great. R rHowever, I have owned two CoffeeTeams to "swing filter " design. I love the machine but got tired of wiping the coffee powder that it would drop my countertop filter will accept when the freshly ground coffee and then return to the position flip brewing. I clean the coffee shoot often but if you use finer-grind settings, it seems always have issues. Others is not made enough hot coffee. The new GS CoffeeTeam VERY HOT coffee Brews. I tested it to 192 degrees when first brewed. R rFor the newly designed CoffeeTeam GS, it is well styled look with great construction quality Capresso is known for (I also Capresso possession of a "ultimate " machine and the older Swiss 'circulatory "style machines that later has been discontinued. r ri don ' t hate it enought to return for a refund, but there are 5 main things that annoy me about the new design: r r1) coffee grinder is louder than the swing-type machine. r r2) Because they are designed to grind to a slower speed (to prevent beans from getting hot), it ends up grinding for 45 seconds straight for a setting of six cups. It doesn 't seem long in theory, but your watch second hand for 45 seconds and it seems endless, especially if you are sleeping and you have it set to cook before you get out of bed. R r3) The water pump seems to mutter a lot during the process of brewing and then make that gurgling sound when it was pushing the last drops of water out. Try making coffee when you have guests over dinner and you'll see how powerful it can be. In contrast, I actually went and bought the mill Cuinart-n-cookies (bur version) to compare the side -to-side and have to say it was very quiet during the process of brewing, but the mill action is equivalent to the GS CoffeeTeam grinding slowly (except mill had a highly annoying -black it sounds). I decided to stick to the louder, "low-tone " to the GS provides CoffeeTeam. R R4) The pitcher seems to make it strange popping / cracking sound that sits on plate warming (and not talking about the sound can make it if a drop of water under it). r R5) The front panel has an LED-lit panel which is too obvious white. It needs to offer a dimming feature. Also, the function of light Red and Green are very piercingly bright as well, and be more clear. To compare, the Cuisinart machine I tried, is a ugly front panel is quite un-light and you can 't even see the time of day on it or make your settings changes without flashlight. R Rif can get past the any or all of 4 points, so you enjoy the machine. Also, Capresso is very customer-focused. Anytime I had any issues with their machines, they respond very fast and in some cases (such of for a missing rubber gaskets, filters or parts) that they actually sent it to me at no charge - even though my machine is 4 years old. need to make sure you register your product to them upfront.
I have 2 Cuisinart grind and Brews. 1 broken in one year, the others stopped grinding GRINDER good enough and they were both 10 minutes to clean. You also can 't make coffee again until the pieces dry after cleaning. I love this machine! 30 seconds of clean-up, and tasted the best coffee I 've ever had! Don 't consider other GRINDER / Brewer, this is awesome!
I have had owned the Capresso Coffee Team G for the last 5 years and it has worked great, but it was time to upgrade! The new Capresso Coffee Team GS, is the BEST machine yet! They fixed the small problems with the G and the new GS is the BEST! R rI can 't wait for my coffee every morning!
